Cooking
Mackerel defrost and cut into pieces
From squeezing lemon juice on mackerel. Peel that were not discarded, and cut into relatively big pieces and add to the fish.
Onion cut into half rings, garlic clove and dill (sliced somewhere tablespoon, maybe a LITTLE more) finely and put to mackerel with lemon.
Sprinkle with salt (I put a number about a tablespoon, can be a little more), add half a teaspoon of sugar (no slides), a couple of cloves (not more), pour all the vegetable oil without smell, stir.
