Description
Very tasty and easy to prepare chops. Canned salmon is a great choice for cooking this recipe, and also very useful, as these cans in addition to meat includes the skin and bones of fish, which gives lots of calcium and omega 3 our body. My kids ate them with pleasure, however, as all the rest. Also due to the fact that they are so easy to prepare, you can surprise your guests for a few minutes and compliment you will for a long time and the recipe asks for :-)

Cooking
1. Green onions finely chop.
2. Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater.
3. Squeeze the juice of a lemon.
4. Grind the slice of bread or if you have breadcrumbs, then measure 0.5 Cup.
5. Pour the water from the canned salmon.
6. All the ingredients (step 1-5) to send in a food processor. Add eggs and spices.
8. Stuffing divided into 4 parts and form large patties. Roll in bread crumbs (1 Cup), if you have the bread, then chop it. This should be done gently.
9. Fry in oil until it will turn brown, 4-5 minutes on each side.
10. Wanted to say that you can prepare everything through step 8, cover and refrigerate and fry during the day.
