Rolls with a new stuffing
The rolls are good that rice combine virtually any products!!! Vegetables, meat and fish products, and fruit. Experiment gentlemen!!!

The mix and wash rice, pour water and put on fire, bring to a boil and leave on very low heat for half an hour (300 ml rice and 450 ml water). Carrot, cucumber, pepper, 3 egg whites cut into long wedges and cucumber for decoration cut into thin slices.

Another option for the Amateur: a sheet of nori put the smooth side down and spread the rice so that there is a clean strip of nori (1.5 cm). Grease the rice with a thin layer of wasabi and laid alternately sticks of carrots (raw) and cucumber.
