Recipe found in one of culinary magazine. The author is not specified. The name of the dish gave my husband:)) Really like! Easy to prepare and tasty snack I loved it! Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Herring cut into fillets, removing the bones.

Chop cucumbers into small cubes.

Shred onion and fennel.

In a bowl mix the chopped ingredients, adding the sour cream.
