Baked something similar to a birthday, but no camera at hand, decided to repeat!!! The taste is awesome!!!

Cooking
For a start, separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins, beat with a glass of sugar and vanilla in a lush foam.
Then one by one add the yolks and whisk further.
Small portions enter the flour, stir to avoid lumps (I do everything with a mixer) add baking soda slaked with vinegar.
Our basic dough is ready. Cover the form with parchment paper and pour in the lower half of the test. Bake for about 15 minutes at 170-180 degrees. While the first cookie monster is baking make the chocolate dough: to remaining dough add cocoa and knead.
White cake is ready, put in oven chocolate.
We do our basic, but always tasty cream: whisk sugar with sour cream and vanilla until the sugar is dissolved - a cream and ready!
