Description
The name of the pie I have dedicated to my sister Ulicke(her nickname Juleta). In childhood, when we lived with my parents, she always baked it herself. It is also called "Guest at the doorstep". Is cooked quickly and costs little. Whatever it was tasted, everyone loved and asked immediately for the recipe. Cooked it in the oven. And today I made an experiment and cooked in aerogrill. Hope YOU like it too!!!

Cooking
Melt the butter or margarine.
Add the vegetable oil and stir well.
Then add the egg and stir again.
Then Gasim soda and add to the resulting mass. Stir.
And the final touch in the preparation of the dough: add the flour to make the dough come off well from my hands. Then divide the dough into 3 parts and one part put into the freezer.
Then take the form and cover it with baking paper. If you're baking in the oven, just grease the sheet or form oil (I usually grease with vegetable).
Take the dough and stacked neatly on the entire form. The thickness of the dough to about 5 mm.
Then take any jam, I had strawberry mixed with cherry, and pour. And as the jam is very sweet, I added a bit of citric acid for acidity. The cake is almost ready.
While we all do you have done, the dough in the freezer to cool. Take it and three on the resulting cake, grated. Here's a cake we did it!!!
Then put it in the convection oven. Set the time 40 minutes, fan speed, average temperature is 170 degrees. But if in the oven, just in a preheated 180*C and bake until ready.
Here is a delicious pie I did. To cut it better hot. But if baked in the oven, then cut directly on the sheet, it is more convenient!
Since I made a cake in aerogrill, form a small, I had the dough, I divided it into small balls and put it in the freezer for 30 mins Then rubbed on a medium grater this dough and divided neatly into piles, turned small hedgehogs (or asters, as you like).
I baked them at 190 degrees, the fan speed is high and the time is 10 minutes. But if in the oven, just until tender!
