Cooking
To prepare the dressing. In a bowl combine the eggs, cream, cottage cheese and cream cheese, add fruit syrup (I have cherry).
Bread (best to use bread for toast) cut in the shape of a triangle.
Each piece slightly to cut corners.
Bananas wash, peel and cut into large slices.
To put bread and bananas in a baking dish, alternating them with each other: bread, bananas, bread again, etc.
Then gently pour in the filling. Let stand for 10 minutes, until the bread has absorbed the dressing.
Sprinkle the bread with cinnamon and nuts. Send the form with the bread in the preheated oven (180°C). Bake for 20 — 40 minutes.
The finished toast is removed from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
