Apple pie in aerogrill
Today I cooked my first pie in the convection oven and want to share with you the result. Very worried as having read all in the Internet: and not baked through, and does not rise, and burns... But lo and behold, everything turned out perfectly. Of course, it is a trivial Apple pie, but... in the convection oven, and therefore has its own quirks. Anyone interested, come see.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Apple

  • Powdered sugar

Form cake pan greased with butter. Clear the apples from the core and cut them directly into small slices. The form is filled somewhere to the middle.

The process of making the dough is not photographed. Preparing for Apple pie: whisk eggs, sugar, flour with baking powder. The only thing I added milk, because I do not like crispy crust on the cake. Pour the finished batter into the pan and allow to stand for 5-6 minutes, the dough will be distributed in form. During this time, be sure to heat over the grill at maximum speed for 6 minutes. In my model there is a button "warming up".

And now nuance. Be sure to cover our pie with foil (folded around well edges of the foil tightly to form), making the middle of the hole as the form. Put in aerogrill magnifying ring, put the cake on the middle bars, the temperature of 180*C, medium speed, for 20 minutes. When the time runs out, carefully remove the foil and turn on the convection oven for 20 minutes at the same temperature and speed.
