A delicious jam made from exotic fruit. Know that passion fruit grows in warm countries, but maybe someone my recipe useful.
Ingredients

Passion fruit
2 kg

Sugar
1 kg

Fruit that are necessary.
Cut each piece of fruit in half.
With a teaspoon remove pulp.
Any Cup measure out the amount taken out the pulp and add the same number cups of sugar.
Put on the fire, allow to boil, skim off the foam, boil on low heat for 15 min. Remove from heat, allow to cool and boil again let it boil for 15 mins allow to Cool and store in the refrigerator.
