Lamb ribs in Korean
This way the marinade is prepared for the first time. The combination of Apple and soy sauce gave an Oriental taste to the dish. And, of course, wine "sherry" made the meat soft and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Ribs

    850 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 cup

  • The wine is fortified

    0.75 cup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Sesame oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Prime rib chop.

Apple, ginger RUB on a small grater. Crush the garlic.

In a saucepan mix all ingredients except ribs. And boil on low heat for 10 minutes. After the cool.

Marinate ribs in sauce at least 4 hours or better to put in the fridge overnight.

Put the marinated ribs on the grill. The first 30 minutes to cook on 180 gr. the remaining 30 at the maximum, periodically lubricating the marinade.
