Salad
Amazing how many salads with this name I found on the website (as many as 27!!!)! But such as my - no! My salad even from my mother's recipe books are time-proven and guests.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    0.6 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

Fish boiled with spices (Bay leaf, pepper, salt) until tender. Allow to cool, remove the skin and bones and chop. Divide in half. Half out onto a plate - is the 1st layer of lettuce. Fluff with mayonnaise.

Fry finely chopped onion in sunflower oil until Golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
