Cauliflower under the egg and cheese
The dish is easy to make, light and yet hearty. And of course - delicious! It turns out that somewhere between an omelet and a casserole. Cauliflower under the cheese and egg I cook in the convection oven, but it is possible to cook in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Cheese

    100 g

Cauliflower can take both fresh and frozen. Cabbage should be boiled first, but try not to overcook. I'm doing this for a couple in multivarka.
