Beef liver in sour cream
I love liver, but I cooked it the first time. I wanted to find a simple recipe for aerogrill. Looked at a few options on the Internet, did something in between. The journey was quick, tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    0.5 kg

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

Cooking

Finely chop the liver and onions, mix 0.5 cups of sour cream and 2 tablespoons ketchup.

All this stir and add pepper and salt to taste.

Put them in the pot.

Close and put in aerogrill on the bottom bars.

Leave for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.

After cooking leave to cool for 3-5 minutes, take out and serve! You can decorate with greens. Preferably serve with a side dish (potatoes, pasta), but we enjoyed it so :) Bon appetit!!!
