Already 3 years in berry season I make this strawberry jam, but this time the strawberries. Berries wash, remove the stalk.

Mix the berries, cover with sugar and leave to release the juice. I usually leave for the night.
Cook berries on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Can be closed in sterilized jars, jam perfect stored at room temperature. But more often I just try to put jam into any convenient container and store in the fridge, because I can not resist and immediately begin to eat it)))
