Kebab salad
Girls, if I'm not too torn from their cases - please visit me at the light. Excited like a little schoolgirl. This is my debut recipe, and therefore not much throw in me stones, it is better to start me with Cupid's arrow.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Ketchup

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Vinegar

    150 ml

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Water

    600 ml

To prepare the salad would be nice to have: chicken, vegetable oil, ketchup, vinegar 9%, sugar, salt, Bay leaf and pepper peas (the last of the ingredients forgot to take a picture).

Chicken fillet wash, dry and cut into small pieces.

Fold chicken in a bowl and pour boiling water to the meat was completely covered with water. The meat should turn white. Mix well. Leave for 30 min.

Over time the meat drain in a colander.

Prepare the marinade: boil 600 ml of water with 1 tbsp (heaped) of salt and 2 tbsp (no slides)sugar, Bay leaf and pepper. Give writing a rolling boil 5 minutes, pour 150 ml of vinegar, remove from heat.

Flick of the wrist put the meat in the hot marinade. And leave to marinate for 4 hours.

Cut onion into quarter rings.

Pour into the pan 100 ml of vegetable oil, spread the onions and cook until transparent state.

Spread the ketchup to the onions.
