Dear cooks! I want to share with you the recipe is very simple, but at the same time tasty and healthy vegetable soup. This simple soup menu our family for exactly a century. This recipe was brought from a French village in the 60-ies of the last century when collapsed the "iron curtain" and Soviet citizens were able to travel to Europe. This soup for those watching their waistlines, loves dietary requirements for pregnant and lactating women and also for kids. Try it!

  • Carrots

  • Bow white

  • Tomato

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Here are all of these beautiful vegetables we will prepare the soup. It will be especially delicious if all the vegetables from their garden! Five vegetables are taken in equal proportions!! It is important for the taste! Water I took for baby food.

Potatoes, onions, carrots wash, peel, cut arbitrarily, it is better not very big, so quickly cooked.

With tomato remove the peel, cut into slices and remove the seeds. Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences.

In a saucepan (I have a 2-liter) put the potatoes, cauliflower, carrots and onions. Pour water to cover the vegetables and half of a finger. Quickly bring to the boil and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

Tomatoes cook in parallel in another saucepan for 10-15 minutes. If you put all the vegetables together with the tomatoes - boil will be longer.

Add the tomatoes to the other vegetables, give a 1-minute writing a rolling boil together.

You can first grind all the vegetables with a potato masher (as in original recipe) but we now have a blender (puree would be faster), but we need consistency!

Put the saucepan on the fire, add the butter, salt, heat but do not boil. All soup is ready. Let infuse for 10-15 minutes. Poured into plates, add the parsley and dill.

Welcome to the table, please try it. You can optionally add sour cream, cream, cheese, egg. But without these additives, very tasty! Bon appetit!
