The best Belgian waffles
For a very long time I was looking for a recipe "perfect" waffles. But always something was wrong: some were too hard, others are more like fritters. This recipe I found on the Internet (thanks), and it has become my favorite! Gentle, soft, airy wafers! In General, I share with you:)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sour cream

    80 g

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

So, let's start. Beat with a mixer the egg, sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy.

Add sour cream. I suggest homemade, high fat, because the secret in it :)

Continue whisking. At this point, the main thing - do not overwhip it cream into butter.

Once the mixture has become homogeneous, begin little by little pour the sifted with the baking powder and the flour.

Here is our make dough:) Quite thick, but it should be.

Preheat the waffle maker and dough. Don't put too much it will increase in volume. Time orientirueshsya on my waffle iron. My bakes for 5-7 minutes. In the process, you may stand out a lot of steam, so I advise a few times to loosen the lid of the waffle iron, went to excess moisture.
