Delicious and easy cookies with no baking. Prepared literally 20 minutes. For lovers of coconut. You can apply this tea biscuits, but even better it comes to your morning coffee.

Cooking
Cookies grind in a blender
Grind cookies with brown sugar. I took brown sugar TM "Mistral" Demerara fine. He has a mild caramel flavor and is great for desserts.
Mix with cocoa powder and add 2 tbsp of cognac. Pour in the milk and mix everything.
Spread the chocolate layer on the stretched plastic wrap. I had the film put on a bamboo sushi Mat to make it easier to wrap then roll.
Cheese, coconut, powder, and coconut liqueur processed in a blender until smooth.
Now gently roll roll and pack it in foil. Remove the bundle in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Chilled roll cut into segments and spread on a dish.
You can sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar and serve with tea, but the dessert is better suited to morning coffee. Bon appetit!
