Lasagna Carbonara
Recipe from Alexander Seleznev, and he knows a lot about climbing. I got almost Carbonara, forgive me, the Italians that had replaced the Parmesan cheese in Dutch, most importantly, the result was delicious.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

Bacon cut into cubes, fry in a pan WITHOUT oil until crisp

Onion cut into thin rings, mushrooms cut into quarters.

Add the bacon and mushrooms and fry together for 5 minutes.

Add the onion and continue to fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add pepper, salt.

Milk, beat the eggs, cream, starch.
