A great decoration for meat and fish dishes. An interesting variation of the usual cucumber.

Cooking
The long cucumber to cut obliquely the tip of both
To cut a thin lamella over the entire length (for stability of the waves)
Chop the cucumber into thin round slices before reaching the edge about 3-4 mm
Making waves: first plastic left as is, the second wrap ring with a knife (also with your fingers), the third is left as is, etc.
And so on throughout the length of the cucumber. Bon appetit!
