Risotto
This dish combines the taste and benefits. During Lent meat is strictly forbidden. Mushrooms the same, just because of its high energopostachalna qualities may well be replaced in the human diet meat. Juicy tomatoes, Golden fried rice, crispy mushrooms, seasoning of curry is what gives this dish a unique aroma and taste. We as a family decided that this dish can not only participate in the contest "Fast from Moulinex", but will be a regular guest on our table.

Ingredients

  • Curry

  • Greens

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Fresh-frozen porcini mushrooms (or other mushrooms can be fresh) fry in vegetable oil until soft.

Tomatoes cut into slices.

Onion - rings or half rings.

The carrot - cubes.

Add the vegetables to the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, add the curry to simmer and cook until soft.

Rice lightly fry in vegetable oil, sprinkle it with lemon juice, add 400 ml of hot salted water and cook until tender.

Mix prepared rice with mushrooms and then some more time. The finished dish serve immediately, adding fresh herbs.
