The original dressing for vegetable salads
The recipe of the filling I posted in the diaries, but the insistent requests of the readers decided to put in recipes. If the moderators deem to remove, I don't mind. The original filling is the method of preparation. Grain mustard, roasted in olive oil, get nutty.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard seeds

    1 tsp

For salad take any vegetables. I have a salad "iceberg", a little carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper.

In a pan pour olive oil and add the mustard seeds, put on a strong fire. I have El. oven, cooks very quickly. As soon as mustard seeds begin to jump and pop, remove from heat.

And from salad. Add 1/2 tsp of wine vinegar, hot pepper, salt.
