Rice with crispy fish
Rice and fish - the perfect combination! Try to offer you a very tender and juicy inside and crispy outside the fish. It reminds fish nuggets or fish sticks, only made out of real fish. You can use fillets of any fish - even the cheapest fish will turn out very tasty! This dish will surely appeal to children and adults!

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    1 pack

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Thyme

    2 sprig

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    1 cup

Boil the rice. For this dish I took the rice bags, Basmati mix TM Mistral. It is very easy to use and goes perfectly with the fish.

Put the bag of rice in boiling salted water and boil according to the instructions on the package. Then let the water drain out.

Fish cut into small pieces. It should be thawed fillet any fish.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.

Add soda, thyme leaves. Mix well.

Add starch, stir and leave for 10 minutes.

Coat the fish pieces in flour or breadcrumbs mixed with salt.
