Cooking
Use minced beef. Figure two packets of 100 g boiled in the morning while going to work. Sauerkraut has its own, not sweet.
Beef stir fry five minutes in vegetable oil. Cabbage chopped even smaller and carcass along with the meat for another 10 minutes.
Grease the silicone form with butter. Casserole in a mold it turns out very elegant.
One packet of rice spread on the bottom of the form.
Four eggs, stir with a fork. I measured the volume of eggs sold amounted to 220 ml. Continue to stir and add a little spice. I Khmeli-suneli and curry. Then add milk, equal in volume to the eggs, i.e. 220 ml., stirs up again.

Get a casserole and is easily extracted from the mold.
Cut into portions and served to the table. Enough for 3-4 servings. Depends on the skill there are consumers. I have this casserole only rice as a side dish made on festive table for roast meat. A layer can be made of minced meat with cabbage with fresh carrots and onions, with mushrooms, with chicken liver. A flight of imagination and creativity is not limited. All a pleasant appetite!
