Steam the meatballs of veal
Very delicate and light, suitable for small children. You can also cook the meatballs of chicken or Turkey breast.


  • Veal

    500 g

  • Bread

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Semolina

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt


With bread cut the peel, flesh cut into cubes, pour the milk and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut the meat into cubes, mince together with depressed milk bread. Add to the minced egg, semolina, melted butter, salt and spices, mix well and beat on the table. Let stand for 5 minutes.
