Custard semolina
Such a mess was I in kindergarten. Salt semolina, similar to barley, corn or wheat on the water.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

On a dry heated pan pour a glass of semolina.

Fry, stirring constantly, until Golden brown.

Pour sauteed corn into boiling salted water. Mix thoroughly and cover with a lid. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 5 minutes. You can add butter. Bon appetit!
