Cooking
Wash the rice loaded in the slow cooker. If no slow cooker, then cook the rice by your favorite method. Vegetable oil can be added if desired. I do without it.
Add dried kelp. You can buy in the pharmacy, sometimes appears in stores. Keep in mind one thing that it is sometimes already mixed with salt.
Mash the garlic and send it to our cereal.
