Polenta with tomatoes
Porridge is quite delicious, quick and easy to prepare, besides satisfying. Ordinary ingredients, but extraordinary flavor.

Ingredients

  • Corn grits

    400 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    4 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

I have canned tomatoes.

Boil the water. Once it boils, add salt and add grits. Stir, cover with a lid. Porridge after about twenty minutes, be ready. Do not forget to stir periodically.

Until cooked porridge, finely chop and fry onion.

When the onions become Golden, add the tomatoes. If canned, just tearing straight into the pan in pieces. But if conventional, peel them and cut in big pieces. Canned simmer for a few minutes, as usual, till the juice will give.

Fill the tomatoes with the onion in the finished porridge. Stir, leave on the fire for three minutes and disable.
