Cooking
Mackerel clean, remove the innards and head. Cut into small pieces.
Onions and carrots clean and cut.
Take the pot (I have one pot, but big) at the bottom put half of the carrots with the onions, then our fish (don't forget salt and pepper) and covered the remaining carrot, onion
Prepare the sauce: mushrooms lightly fry, pour the sour cream (the sour cream was a little added a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise), and to give to writing a rolling boil a few minutes
Pour the fish sauce in the oven (hot)for 20 minutes. On the side was boiled and lightly fried vegetables.
