Eggplant with pork in Chinese
This recipe was posted on the website in 2010 by user Olga Borisovna called "Eggplant with pork in Chinese," and illustrated by me in the framework of "Coloring". This dish was a hit at our table. Delicious, unusual!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

  • Pork

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Parsley

Pork cut into cubes, add salt, add spices. Sprinkle a pinch of starch. Heat oil, on high heat fry the meat, stirring constantly. Meat to shift to the dish.
