Breast of chicken in a coconut breading
At first glance perhaps a little unusual breading, but the taste turns out very tender, with a subtle "hint" of coconut, but not too pronounced; the crust is crisp, but less dry than regular bread batter. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Coconut shavings

    60 g

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken Breasts cut into strips, sprinkle with lemon juice and soy sauce.

Beat the egg; coconut mixed with paprika.

Pieces of chicken dipped in egg and then roll them in the coconut breading.

Fry in hot oil until Golden brown.
