All we need for this decoration is one carrot. Cut a thin slice from the carrots, divide into 2 parts curly with a knife, without it. From the edge to make an incision. As in the picture. That it was not just a decoration,but it was good to have,put them before placing in water with lemon. So they will not fade and will taste better. Nice presentation of dishes!!!
