Lentil soup with apricots and a Turkey
Diet soup for gourmets.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    1 kg

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Apricot

    60 g

  • Curry

    2 Tbsp

  • Lentils

    150 g

  • Water

    2 l

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

The Turkey cut into cubes, as for stew. Fry it lightly with vegetable oil. Put curry.

Dried apricots, onions, leeks, carrots, slice and add to the meat. Lightly saute and add hot water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer.

10 minutes until cooked pour the lentils. Salt and pepper - to taste. Serve with yogurt.
