Banana-semolina
I do not know You, dear Cooks, but I often have the problem of Breakfast. Imagination has dried up or my family much spoiled, but I have been looking for a delicious and healthy Breakfast. It seems to me that this option is worthy of Your attention... I recommend!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    80 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Saffron

    0.25 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

  • Nutmeg

  • Almonds

  • Salt

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

First, soak the saffron in 1 tbsp milk and wash the raisins.

Take a saucepan with thick bottom and non-stick coating (it is possible to cook in a slow cooker)!!! Melt the butter and bring our semolina. Will progaram a bit until it changes colour and a characteristic roasted smell. Do not forget to constantly pomeshivat! Add the sugar and continue to stir forward.

Banana peel and mash with a fork.

Send a banana to the monkey along with the milk, nutmeg, saffron, salt, raisins and cardamom. Cook porridge, stirring occasionally, until cooked semolina.
