Cooking
Greens to wash. Chicken wash, Pat dry, RUB inside and out with salt and pepper. Put half of the green bird in the belly. The wings and tie the legs with thread. Garlic, divide into individual cloves, blot dry, but do NOT CLEAN!!! The garlic, lightly fry, put the chicken breast down and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Flip the chicken. Close the lid and place in the hot oven for 2 hours.
Remove the cover and cook open for another 15 minutes until crisp.
Serve the chicken with the garlic and the resulting sauce, sprinkle with herbs. In the oven, the garlic becomes a creamy mass, it is possible to squeeze out of the skins and spread a thin layer on bread or a piece of chicken!!!
