Polenta with bacon
The idea is simple: cook the polenta, add in it all that we love. The result is a rich, aromatic and full Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Corn grits

    1 cup

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    0.66 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    3 sprig

It is our products. The greens forgot.

Bacon and onion cut into cubes. First fry the bacon, when it's browned add the onion. The smell is crazy. Garlic crush plane of the knife, chop and add to the bacon with the onions. This is my favorite moment, garlic reveals its aroma.

Meanwhile, cook the polenta. I cook in a proportion of about 1:2,25. As the water is boiling, salt and add grits. cook on low heat for 3-5 min stirring all the time. Mess much shoot. I wear a cooking mitten that would keep.

In the finished polenta, add all the ingredients: bacon, onion and garlic, tomatoes and herbs. Give everything a good stir. Take the form and grease it with oil. We spread our mess. And wait for it to cool and harden.

Cut our pie into portions. Very hearty Breakfast ready. Help yourself.
