A light salad with seafood
The salad is very tasty, easy and quick to prepare. Seafood can be absolutely any - shrimp, squid, mussels, in General, what you most like. The main thing is to cook all seafood to 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Octopus

    200 g

  • Squid

    2 piece

  • Lettuce

    200 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    150 g

  • Black olives

    50 g

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Parmesan

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

From baby octopus to clean up "bags", good wash, dry with paper towels. In a well heated pan in small amount of olive oil briefly fry the octopus (1 minute on both sides).

Squid wash, dry. To remove the tape. Cut one side to split. The upper part of the carcass neatly cut with a sharp knife crosswise, try not to penetrate the carcass through. It will not curl during cooking. Fry for 1-1,5 on each side in a well heated pan in small amount of oil.

Ready squid cut into strips. Seafood aside.

Mix olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and mustard, and pepper. Mix well. Lettuce leaves (I have washed) and place in a deep bowl, pour dressing, mix well.

For the beauty of the washed and dried cherry tomatoes should first be dipped in olive oil, then simmered in a pan the sesame seeds (if there are white sesame seeds, then mix both, you get even more beautiful). On serving platter arrange salad, seafood, cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with olives. Pour the remaining dressing, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
