Cooking
Potatoes cleaned, boil to readiness.
Both onion finely chop, mix.
With sprat drain the oil, put them in a bowl, mash with a fork.
Mix the onion and sprats.
The potatoes are ready. Drain water, add butter, pepper and salt to taste. Mash with a fork. To cool down a bit.
From mashed potatoes to roll balls with a diameter of about 5 cm I got 11 balls.
Each ball to pin down, in the center put a teaspoon of fish filling. To close up our balls.
Here they are with filling.
Each ball gently flatten to form patties. If you put out toppings! Beat the egg. Now every bitecek dip in egg and then coat in the breadcrumbs. The original recipe even was offered the breading in the flour mixture and sesame seeds. Here it is for everybody. Put the meatballs in a frying pan with hot oil and fry until Golden brown on both sides.
