The fish should be thoroughly cleaned of scales... free from entrails, remove the gills, cut off the head, tail and fins... then cut into pieces, salt, pepper and spread on a baking sheet
On top lay the sliced thin onion half rings, sprinkle with spices
A good grease mayonnaise or fat sour cream
Potatoes clean, cut into large slices and cut hearts, a mold for making cookies.. cropping potatoes finely narezaem
We put sliced potatoes in the center of each piece of fish, lightly grease with mayonnaise or sour cream
Now, two potato heart on each piece of fish
On top of all sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater cheese
Cook in a preheated 200C oven for about an hour... the cheese crust should be a beautiful Golden color
Spread on a plate of fish and potatoes, decorate with fresh greens and hearts of sweet pepper
Fill the glasses of white wine and a pleasant appetite!
