Description
Easy to make, but the original cookies. You can eat with tea and cake to decorate. The site has a recipe for "Cherry-the cherries", but there is a completely different preparation and composition. And similar as I have not found. I invite you to try the first berry of the summer in my performance.

Cooking
Waffles grind in a meat grinder or pound in a mortar.
Beets grate on a fine grater and squeeze the juice.
For waffles add sour cream and mix thoroughly. From the ready mass formed berries.
Dip in beet juice.
Crumble in the sugar. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, mimicking the grains of the strawberry (I never did). Parsley to make the tails (I cut from the leaf of lilac :-[ :-[ ). That's all! Dessert is ready!
