Mashed potatoes with seafood
Pots of mashed potatoes and seafood delicacies. Simple and interesting dish. Delicious dish on the holiday table or just for a romantic candlelit dinner. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Lill - Julia called "a Pot of seafood" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Parmesan

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Ginger

Here are my sea "crabs", ie I couldn't find in my province crayfish, then replaced them with marine crustaceans. Other - not tiger prawns, and shrimp of the genus (Mazzancolle).

Boil potatoes and make puree. I made this thing - schiacciapatate in Italian.

On a heated frying pan in a little olive oil fry until Golden brown the finely chopped leek, shrimps and crayfish tails.

In mashed potatoes add crushed in a blender cocktail shrimp, then fried onions, crayfish and tiger prawns. Stir, add the spices and warm the cream.

In pots or ramekins (my ramekins for 420 ml) spread 1/2 of the potato-shrimp mass. Top slices of cheese "Dor blue"...

then the remaining part of the potato-shrimp mass and the top - again, cheese "Dor blue" and the grated Parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at temperature 210° for approximately 6-8 minutes or until Golden brown.
