Very tasty, tender syrochek, great for Breakfast, various salads and pastries. Help yourself to health!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    2 l

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Milk to boil, add sugar and salt.

Sour cream, beat eggs with a mixer.

Add the egg-sour cream mass into the boiling milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Cook on slow fire until the mixture will curdle.

When the mass will roll more proveravati until then, until it forms a lump of cheese.

In a colander to put cheesecloth or a thin cloth to drain the ground, bend the edges of the gauze so that it covers the cheese to press the pressure.

When the liquid has drained, the cheese on a platter, cut into squares, i.e. syrocki, each piece wrapped in plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator.
