Pickled mushrooms
Very fast, simple and delicious!!! Perfect for any holiday or just because!)

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    6 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

  • Black pepper

    7 piece

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

Cooking

My mushrooms. If large, then cut or in half or into 4 parts.

Grind garlic

In a pan put garlic, vinegar, sunflower oil, salt, sugar

Add the mushrooms, cook on low heat under cover another 10 minutes after boil (since fungi secrete fluids - water is not necessary, and so it will be enough)

Of pots and mushrooms (with marinade) to the bowl in a jar, add pepper and Bay leaf.
