Chocolate cottage cheese pudding in a slow cooker
Chocolate + cheese = a delicious and beautiful pie.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Starch

    4.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Cottage cheese, eggs and sugar stir with a whisk until smooth.

The resulting mass is split in half.

On low heat in the cream to melt the chocolate. The cream can be replaced with milk + a piece of butter.

In one part of the curd mass, add melted chocolate. Mix well. In both parts, add the starch. In curd - 2 tbsp and chocolate 2,5 tbsp

The pan multivarki lightly grease with butter. Lay, alternating, 2 tbsp. curds 2 tbsp. of chocolate (as in "Zebra").

The mode "Pastries" - 65+20 minutes. After the signal the cover is not open!!! Allow to stand covered, for 30-40 minutes.

Then carefully transfer to a plate and leave until cool.

That's the beauty of it! Yum-yum... I like pudding cold the next day. For those who like sweeter, you can pour condensed milk. BON APPETIT!!!
