Cheese grate on a grater or in a food processor.
Sausage finely chop. I also gave this work to combine.
Egg whisk, add sour cream and flour. Pepper, salt and herbs - to taste.
Then to this mixture add the sliced sausage and grated cheese. Mix well.
Prescription this mass is laid out in rectangular form and then you will have a cheese roll. BUT... I have this form was busy so I posted in molds for muffins (hence got the name of the dish). Bake at 180*C for 30-40 minutes.
After allowed to cool, remove from the mold. If baked in a loaf, then slice it and lay on a dish.
