Cooking
Grate the potatoes on a grater and get a good squeeze.
Beat the eggs. Mix flour with sugar, salt and baking powder, add in the beaten eggs, mix well. Slice sausage in small pieces.
Add the potatoes, the sausage, the chopped garlic and herbs, mix well.
Lay on the molds (out of 7 pieces).
Sprinkle the top with grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 220*C.
There is a better. Hot. Although you can reheat in the microwave. Not worse...
