Chicken breast
A regular chicken breast))). The recipe is outrageously simple, and the breast turns out fantastically juicy and very tasty - low calorie - Italy one word! Very delicious served with toasted croutons! And guests are not ashamed to offer! For the recipe thank you so much Marina Sorba.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    250 g

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

  • Olives

  • Basil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

Chicken breast, cut not to end up and deploy as a book.

To fight off film on both sides - I was repulsed not by much. didn't want a very thin fillet.

Fry the onions and garlic in olive oil - don't overcook!

With tomatoes remove the skin, cut into cubes and add to the onions with the garlic, add the necessary sugar - extinguish acid, to taste salt and pepper and let it sit for 10 minutes on low heat. To taste the result and adjust to taste.

Breast pepper, sprinkle with spice and fry in kapelusze oil on both sides in medium heat for couple of minutes - do not extinguish!

Lay the breast in the sauce, cover with sauce from all sides and simmer on minimum heat for 15 minutes.

Serve with Basil, olives, toasted croutons and sprinkled with mozzarella - mozzarella was not - it was so sooo good!
