Cooking
This cake I cooked in multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW. Wash apples and cut into cubes.
Melt the butter and cool slightly. In a bowl pour butter, vegetable oil, sugar, beat two eggs.
Mix flour with soda, cinnamon and pinch of salt. Add flour mixture to egg and mix well. The batter should be thick, if suddenly it will be watery, can add a bit more flour, it took me exactly 230g.
Add apples and stir again.
The Cup multivarki grease with butter and put into it the dough, flatten. Enable multiverse mode "Pastries", set cooking time 1 hour.
After 45 minutes, turn the cake on the other side, for this I used the bowl of a double boiler. Bake for remaining time or until dry kindling. Cool pie.
Move on to the cooking fill. Yogurt mix with condensed milk in a small bowl until smooth.
Using a toothpick pierce the cake often, the more you will have holes, the more moist and tasty cake. Slowly pour pie filling, not in a hurry, try to absorb evenly throughout the cake. Let stand the cake at least an hour, better overnight, of course, if enough patience!!! Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and decorate with mint. All a pleasant appetite!!!
