Fish salad easy
Light fish salad with a nice fresh taste

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil or fry fish fillet (I baked in a microwave oven). Cool and cut into pieces.

Cucumber cut into strips.

Onions and eggs finely chop.

Grate cheese on a grater.

Products are cut place them in a bowl and mix well. To taste add salt and other seasonings. Mayonnaise and put in a salad bowl. This salad I don't add salt. Cheese is better to take a slightly salty, neutral, so it does not interrupt the taste of the fish. Bon appetit!
