Fruit curd
Delicate, airy cottage cheese for babies under 1 year of age. The recipe is very simple. Preparation takes minimum time and delivers maximum pleasure for the baby. My son just like this and prepare. I hope your baby will enjoy!


  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Fruit puree

    50 g


A set of necessary products to us.
Milk bring to the boil.
Once it boils, slowly pour in the buttermilk, stirring with a spoon. Wait about 30 seconds and switch off.
Recline in a colander, wait until the draining liquid. Can be overcome and allow to cool (10 minutes). You can then remove the curds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes as it cooled better crushed.
Since our cheese is grainy, baby, he is unlikely to have to taste. So grind it in the blender (about 40 seconds).
Then add to it a puree (any) and mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth.
And we get here is a cheese. Can give the baby to the tasting!
